ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS
Anti-wrinkle injections are a proven, safe treatment for softening expression lines. A small amount of botulinum toxin is injected into target muscles to temporarily relax movement, reducing the appearance of lines caused by facial expressions.
This treatment works on dynamic lines only - lines that appear when the face moves. Lines visible at rest (static lines) require alternative treatments, which can be discussed during consultation.

The procedure is virtually painless with minimal downtime. Effects usually appear within 5-7 days, but it can take up to 14 days to see the full effect. A follow up appointment 2 - 3 weeks later is recommended if you would like your treatment results to be reviewed.
Results typically last 3-4 months, varying from person to person. Fine lines can disappear, while deeper lines are softened and may require several treatments for optimum results. Further treatment should be scheduled no sooner than 12 weeks, waiting until muscle activity has returned, but not before the lines and wrinkles have had the chance to re-establish.
